The Drop-N-Watch shredding service
The Drop-N-Watch shredding service is our most affordable option, offering customers the added benefit of witnessed destruction immediately at the time of delivery. The rate for this service is $3.00 per standard-size file box or equivalent with a minimum charge requirement of $24.00 + HST. (The minimum charge includes up to 8 standard size file boxes worth of material. If you have less than this, the minimum will be applied.)
Hours: Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 4:00pm. Appointments are recommended. (Closed statutory holidays)
How Our Drop-N-Watch Service Works:

Book your appointmentAppointments are available Monday - Friday: 9am - 4pm. Please call our office to book, or complete the form above and someone will be in touch with you to make arrangements. You are also welcome to walk in, however, please be advised that you may have to wait in line as priority will be given to those with appointments

Deliver your materialBring your vehicle to the east side of our building and call the posted phone number to let us know you've arrived. Our warehouse staff will then meet you to unload your vehicle for you. Your material will be processed right away, and you'll have the ability to watch the process from our designated witnessed destruction area.

Receive your Certificate of DestructionYou will be provided with a signed Certificate of Destruction for documented proof of secure destruction immediately at the time of your delivery.

Do I need to remove staples, paperclips, binders, etc., prior to my delivery?
You can bring your material exactly as-is. There is no need to remove any of these items prior to delivery.

Can I deliver material if it’s not in boxes?
Our rates are based on standard-size file boxes, however, you can bring it in any form you choose and our warehouse staff will visually determine how many standard-size file boxes it's equal to on arrival.

Can I get my boxes back?
Absolutely! Just let our staff know that you’d like to keep them and they will give them back to you once your paper has been transferred into the shredder.

Am I able to do the shredding myself?
Unfortunately, we are unable to allow you in the area of the shredding equipment due to safety reasons. You will however be able to witness the shredding through a live feed television system which shows you exactly what’s happening in real-time.

Do you have any other drop-off locations other than the head office in Markham?
Our only Drop-N-Watch facility is located in Markham, however, we can certainly provide one of our pick-up service options throughout the GTA & surrounding areas.

Do I have to stay and watch?
You are certainly not required to stay and watch once your material has been unloaded.
